"Going green" can mean a lot of different things - using less energy, recycling more, choosing reusable over disposable. At Go Green Clothing Drive, it starts with something simple: helping people give their used clothing a second life instead of sending it to a landfill. We believe small actions, taken together, can create real change. That's why we partner with schools, businesses, sports teams, dance studios, community groups, and anyone looking for a “green” way to raise funds for their organization. We make it easy for people to raise funds for their cause while only asking participants to clean out their closets.

Our Mission

Each year, billions of pounds of clothing are thrown away in the U.S. Most of it ends up in landfills, even though much of it could be reused or recycled. According to the EPA, the average American throws away around 81 pounds of clothing annually. It adds up quickly - and it doesn't have to.

At Go Green Clothing Drive, our mission is to keep as much clothing out of the waste stream as possible. We do that by making it simple and accessible to donate through organized clothing drives. Whether it's for a local school, a sports team, or an individual, we work with you to plan and run a successful event.

How It Works

We work with you from beginning to end, and we have a whole lot of helpful tips to make your clothing drive as successful as it can be. And when it's time to collect, we show up with our box truck and have a great time loading the truck with everyone involved. It really is a good time, and it's so easy! Then we haul everything away - no stress, no mess.

Donated clothing is sorted and sent to where it can do the most good. We supply local people in need for free, such as house fire victims, low income families, homeless, etc. We also ship to Third World Countries, which means your donations have a positive impact on communities both locally and worldwide, all while raising funds for your specific cause!
